How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended): Log into the mobile app, navigate to Profile > Settings, and tap the "Delete My Account" button. This initiates an automated deletion process.

Web-Based Request: If you have already uninstalled the mobile app or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request by emailing our support team at hello@thebeautybound.com using your registered email address.

Data Handled During Deletion

Deleted Data: Your profile details, account credentials, personal preferences, and app usage history will be permanently erased or completely anonymized.

Retained Data: We only retain minimal transaction records or data required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, or security obligations.

Once processed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

2.04Intellectual Property

BeautyBound and its content, branding, and software are owned by Keystone Entities LLC, operating under the trade name BeautyBound. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results will be achieved.

2.06Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone Entities LLC (BeautyBound) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

2.07Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
